Brand Case Spotlight
Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll work on one end-to-end FMCG beverage brand case, inspired by how global companies run real projects. You’ll step into the role of a brand and sales team member who must unlock growth and convince decision-makers.You won’t be guessing.
You won’t be guessing. You will receive a full case pack that includes:
01
Consumer behavior and usage insights by segment and occasion.
02
Brand funnel and equity metrics (awareness, trial, repeat, preference).
03
Market share and category dynamics across channels and competitors.
04
Distribution, availability, and numeric/weighted distribution data by channel.
This type of dataset mirrors what real FMCG teams use to make sales and marketing decisions.
Using this case and data, you will:
01
Define clear sales and marketing objectives for the brand
02
Prioritise growth levers and build a simple but sharp strategy across product, price, promotion, and channel
03
Design a management-ready business presentation that tells a compelling story from insight to action, using the ACT Impact Engine™ framework.
By the end, you will have practiced building the kind of end-to-end presentation FMCG leaders expect: grounded in data, clear in strategy, and persuasive in how you sell the plan. This makes the bridge from “classroom exercise” to “real business meeting” as short as possible
