Role Description: As a Project Leader and Planner at Life At FMCG, you will lead and guide professionally the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for overall project management, strategic planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for Life At FMCG company partnership, FMCG Academy, and Startup CPG. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our energetic team in North Jakarta. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our training programs by actively engaging with potential customers and convincing them to enroll in our valuable courses. You will receive leads, be responsible for daily outreach, and persistently follow up to convert prospects into successful participants, directly contributing to our company's success. Key Responsibilities: Daily Sales Activities: Proactively contact potential customers from provided leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels on a daily basis. Consultative Selling: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits, features, and career outcomes of our FMCG training courses, tailoring the information to individual customer needs and aspirations. Lead Conversion: Skillfully guide potential customers through the sales funnel, from initial contact to successful course enrollment, effectively addressing any questions or concerns. Persistent Follow-Up: Diligently manage and follow up on all leads, including warm prospects and nurturing colder leads that require more engagement to convert. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and enrollment quotas. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective and enrolled participants. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system. Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to the marketing and product development teams to help refine our offerings and approach. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all our training courses and the value they offer, as well as basic FMCG industry trends.
