As the Affiliate Program Coordinator, you are the operational engine behind FMCG Academy's affiliate channel — the partner network of recruiters, career coaches, creators, and communities. You'll keep the program running day to day: onboarding partners, maintaining marketing assets, tracking referrals, and reporting on performance. It's an ideal position for someone who wants hands-on experience in partnership marketing, funnel operations, and marketing analytics while earning a recognized industry certificate. Job Description: Maintain the affiliate partner database and coordinate onboarding for new partners — share materials, schedule the training webinar, and follow up until they are active. Research and shortlist potential partners (creators, career coaches, HR contacts, student communities) for the Affiliate Manager to approve. Maintain the marketing asset library — post templates, WhatsApp scripts, email copy, brochures, and graphics — and keep it current. Generate and manage unique referral links, ensuring every partner link tracks correctly. Support the webinar-led funnel: registration pages, reminder messages, and attendee lists. Pull a weekly performance report from the affiliate dashboard and flag any anomalies. Prepare monthly commission reconciliation sheets for the Affiliate Manager and Finance to review and approve. Requirements: Final year student or recent graduate (max. 1 year). Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with weekly reporting. Comfortable working alone as single contributor Clear, professional written communication (email, LinkedIn, partner updates). Results-oriented with a strong interest in marketing, partnerships, and the FMCG industry. Nice to have: familiarity with marketing, CRM, or affiliate tools.
