Duration: 2 months As a Brand Advocate, you will act as a key promoter for the "FMCG Emerging Leaders Certification" program—the first university-backed FMCG certification in Indonesia (developed with Universitas Padjadjaran). Your mission is to inspire final-year students, fresh graduates, and young professionals to jumpstart their careers in the FMCG industry through this ready-to-work program. Job Description: - Promote the "FMCG Emerging Leaders Certification" program through personal social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and professional networks. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by convincing potential customers to purchase our products. - Drive sales conversions by identifying and engaging with final-year students, fresh graduates, and young professionals interested in the FMCG industry. - Execute outreach strategies using the provided "Brand Advocate Content Pack," including captions, visual assets, and video scripts. - Educate prospective participants on the program’s key benefits, such as the guaranteed interview with FMCG partner companies and the Unpad (Luhung Program) certification. - Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to potential leads using the provided FAQ cheat sheet and objection-handling guide. - Monitor personal sales performance and conversion tracking via weekly reports. - Maintain brand integrity by following the official branding guidelines and ensuring all promotional claims are accurate and verified. Requirements: - A strong passion for selling and a results-oriented attitude. - Active on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook with an engaged (even if small) community. - An interest in educational programs and the ability to explain product benefits clearly. - Ability to work independently and manage your own "sales funnel" without constant supervision.
