Duration: 2 months About The Role As a Campus Ambassador, you are more than just a promoter; you are the official face of FMCG Academy — Life At FMCG on your campus. You will be responsible for bridge-building between the academic world and the FMCG industry by introducing the FMCG Emerging Leaders Certification program—the first certified FMCG program in Indonesia, developed in collaboration with Unpad Luhung. This position is perfect for students who want to master the art of pitching, lead management, and professional representation while earning a recognized industry certificate. Job Description: - Serve as the official on-ground representative of Life At FMCG and FMCG Academy within your university environment. - Identify and engage with target audiences, including final-year students and fresh graduates, to build a database of at least 50 qualified leads per month. - Promote the "FMCG Emerging Leaders Certification" program and drive enrollments using unique referral codes to provide discounts to students. - Conduct one-on-one pitching, community networking, and personal approaches to potential candidates rather than mass broadcasting. - Document every interaction accurately (name, contact info, and proof of interaction) and submit comprehensive weekly reports every Sunday. - Master the product knowledge of the certification program to answer technical inquiries and handle objections professionally. - Coordinate and manage physical presence (e.g., booths or campus events) when required, utilizing provided marketing toolkits. Requirements: - Active university student (Semester 5 and above) or recent graduate (max. 1 year). - Strong interpersonal, pitching, and communication skills. - Results-oriented with a strong interest in the FMCG industry and commercial skill development. - Commitment to an active 2-month internship and disciplined weekly reporting. - Well-connected within campus organizations (BEM, Himpunan) or career-focused student groups.
