About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence, connecting with FMCG professionals, and turning insights into meaningful campaigns that inspire our audience. What You’ll Do Manage and grow Life At FMCG's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and key moments, ensuring every piece of content serves a clear purpose: build awareness, drive registrations, or deepen community. Create engaging, on-brand content that speaks directly to young Indonesian FMCG professionals. Lead and grow our TikTok presence from the ground up. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture our community Monitor trends, audience sentiments, and competitor activities to stay ahead Manage social media budget, boosting strategies, and campaign performance reporting with actionable recommendations every month. Who You Are Experienced in managing social media for brands or communities (especially in FMCG, education, or creative industries). Skilled in content storytelling, analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar), and basic design/video editing. Comfortable working with both creative and analytical lenses. Passionate about digital marketing, community growth, and impactful storytelling.
