About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence, connecting with FMCG professionals, and turning insights into meaningful campaigns that inspire our audience. What You’ll Do Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and key moments. Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content (visuals, videos, captions, reels). Analyze social media performance and turn data into clear insights and action plans. Drive collaboration and partnerships with media, influencers, and communities. Monitor trends, audience sentiments, and competitor activities to stay ahead. Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and campaign teams. Manage social media budget, boosting strategies, and campaign performance reporting. Who You Are Experienced in managing social media for brands or communities (especially in FMCG, education, or creative industries). Skilled in content storytelling, analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar), and basic design/video editing. Comfortable working with both creative and analytical lenses. Passionate about digital marketing, community growth, and impactful storytelling.
